Butterfly Ballet class fees are due by the date stated in your invoice. Please note that classes are not offered on a casual basis, they are a termly commitment and we are unable to give refunds for missed lessons, unless Butterfly Ballet cancels a program, in which case you will receive a refund for classes missed due to this cancellation.
Classes can be started mid-term. If you decide to continue, you will only be charged for the remainder of the term.
If your child misses a class, credit cannot be transferred to the next term. However, they are welcome to do a make-up class at another venue during the current term, to replace the missed lesson. This makeup class may be taken at any point during the term, excluding the final week of term. The parent/carer is required to book make-up classes with Butterfly Ballet, via phone or email.
All overdue invoices will incur a $15 late payment fee. One reminder email will be sent before this fee will be added to your invoice. Full payment, including the late payment fee will be required to continue with the classes.
